No no no. San Diego holds its collective breath after Padres superstar Fernando Tatís crumbles in visible pain into a heap on the ground after a violent swing. He was helped off the field by a team trainer that clutched his left arm area as he walked immediately into the clubhouse.
Tatís missed two games in spring training with left shoulder discomfort that was aggravated after making a backhanded play. Jayce Tingler later said he's been dealing with a shoulder injury since his minor league days, an injury that Tatís was managing.
Tatís is currently 3-for-18 (.167) with one home run.
