More than 151-thousand signatures from healthcare workers, first responders and union leaders was handed over for a ballot measure to stop the Tijuana River Pollution.

The San Diego Health and Safety Act now has enough signatures to make it to the November ballot.

The Registrar now has 30 business days to verify the signatures.
