Let's win in court!
The mask mandate heads to court on Thursday. The hopeful news is that the judge who is hearing this case is the same judge who recently ordered schools to reopen from the shutdowns. There's hope she'll bring sanity to the mask debate! Or at least a light at the end of the tunnel.
We talked to the legal advisors of the group Let Them Breathe, the group that filed the lawsuit. We go over the exact details of the lawsuit and why you should have reason to be hopeful, too.

We also talked to Sharon McKeeman from Let Them Breathe and Let Them Choose. Their latest effort is to stop forced vaccine mandates in children. SD Unified voted to require all 16+ to be vaccinated. This is illegal (they say they're not allowing any exemptions) and will also go to court.

Over 1600 people signed in to speak against the mandates, almost none of them were able to speak. Only 84 were there to speak in favor.
