Why have other larger counties in California moved into a more normal lifestyle during the pandemic and not San Diego.
While other counties who were challenged more than San Diego during this year long pandemic, cities life San Francisco and Los Angles have gone from the Orange Tier and moved into the Yellow Tier...yet San Diego is waiting to have a more open policy and a sense of peace and more freedom as they move around in their lives.
