News that migrant children being housed at the San Diego Convention Center will receive in-person teaching before local students isn't sitting well with a lot of parents who've been waiting for their kids return to the classroom.
Mark Larson says it's understandable that many parents are frustrated. He says the tiered color system is a confusing mess of protocol. And he says the mixed messages being sent by some politicians isn't helping us move forward through the pandemic effectively.
