San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer joined Armstrong & Getty for an update on perhaps the most important COVID-related issue faced by communities across the nation--getting kids back in school for in-person, in-classroom learning.
During his discussion with Jack & Joe, Mayor Faulconer also talked about his efforts to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 within the homeless population in San Diego, detailing his efforts to provide housing to those who need it--while avoiding the presence of tent communities that have sprung-up so predominantly within California (particularly in SF & LA).
