Are The Padres Finally Getting Their Groove Back?

Maybe, just maybe, the Padres are starting to find their offensive groove. One night after clubbing three home runs in a comeback win over the Diamondbacks, the Padres did it again, beating the Diamondbacks 6-3 with homers from Jurickson Profar, Jake Cronenworth and Wil Myers. Hey and they threw out their first base runner in over two months and Josh Hader recorded his second save since being traded to San Diego!

Yu Darvish was well, Yu Darvish, the Padres ultimate model of pitching consistency and notched his 19 straight start with at least six innings.

However Padres outfielder Juan Soto exited the game in the fifth inning after being hit in the upper back in the third.

After the game, Bob Melvin updated the latest on Soto, plus some clubhouse thoughts from Darvish, Cronenworth and Wil Myers.
