Last October, Chris Paddack strongly so badly that he wasn't a good enough option to pitch in the National League Division Series. Fast forward to 2021 and the Padres postseason chances may depend on him pitching in some important games in September.
Paddack discussed an encouraging bullpen session, the frustration of not being able to help a depleted pitching rotation, growth from being around Yu Darvish, Blake Snell and Joe Musgrove and why not being good enough to pitch in the NLDS has inspired him even more .
